
Our AB Cardio Conditioning program is designed to work on increasing our member’s cardio endurance in a fun and energetic team-style effort. We incorporate a variety of activities and equipment throughout the class, including agility, speed, weight, and endurance exercises. Classes start out with a warm-up followed by a diverse and interchangeable set of exercise drills that are each aimed at improving specific advantages to different muscles and the student’s bodies as a whole.
Instructors will guide and supervise each student according to his/her potential and desired goal. If you are looking to get in shape and increase your energy level and overall health, this program is perfect for you. Come in a try a class. First class on us!
