Our AB Cardio Conditioning program is designed to work on increasing our member’s cardio endurance in a fun and energetic team style effort. We incorporate a variety of activities and equipments throughout the class, including agility, speed, weight and endurance exercises. Classes start out with a warm up followed by a diverse and interchangeable set of exercise drills that are each aimed at improving specific advantages to different muscles and student’s body as a whole. Instructor will guide and supervise each student according to his/her potential and achieving goal.
