The Fitness Tech Cardio Conditioning class style specializes in group and one on one training. No boring weight or cardio machines here, but we do use the most cutting edge and highly effective exercise techniques to get you RESULTS fast!
Our workouts are progressive, challenging, never boring, and tailored to meet your own fitness goals.
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: 10-11am
Alexandra is certified in AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Classic & Step Aerobics, Pilates, Strength & Endurance Training and Aqua Fitness. She is also CPR, AED and First Aid certified. Alexandra has been teaching a wide variety of fitness programs, including Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates and Aquatics, to students of all ages and fitness levels for over 4 years!
Alexandra’s class is great for everybody who is serious about getting in shape but may be a little to shy about doing so. She is very personable with her students and makes sure everyone gets individualized training. Alexandra is also our Pilates instructor.
