Alexandra is a certified in AFAA Primary Group Exercise, Classic & Step Aerobics, Pilates, Strength & Endurance Training and Aqua Fitness. She is also CPR, AED and First Aid certified. Alexandra has been teaching a wide variety of fitness programs, including Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates and Aquatics, to students of all ages and fitness levels for over 4 years!
All-levels Yogalates class is a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates. Aiming to increase your focus, energy and concentration while making you stronger and leaner, Yogalates brings together the fluid movement and longer-held postures, with an emphasis on linking breath and movement. This class will help you strengthen your core, improve your posture and achieve heighten flexibility and balance. Variety of highly-effective fat-burning and strength exercises for all muscle groups will be accompanied by an intelligent, unique playlist, created specifically for each class, to keep you focused and motivated!
This class is also perfect for post-injury rehabilitation and stretching.
Unlike in crowded gyms and studios, at AB MMA you’ll get individual attention and exercise modifications specifically for your fitness level and in accordance to any limitations you might have.
